This Privacy Policy will explain how AppAce, in the following also referred to as “we“ or “our“, collects, uses and protects your information when you use AppAce’s services such as any mobile applications from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or any other Providers. If you don’t agree with our Privacy Policy do not use any of our services.

What data do we collect ?

If you use our services, there are certain types of information you may provide to us:

Customer support information:

If you contact our customer support we will process the data given to us.

Social Media Account information:

If you sign up with a Social Media Account, you can choose which information you want to provide to us. Your Email will be collected in every case where you sign up with your Email address, any other information is voluntary.

Game Data:

Your game statistics, scores, playing time, use of functions, purchase history is game data we collect. This could be mobile device IDs, demographic (IP address) or interest data, and content viewed or actions taken on our apps.

Payments:

Some of our services allow you to buy products. By purchasing any of those products you agree that we pass your personal data to third parties to process your purchase. This data can be stored, if required, by third parties or by AppAce itself.

Every time you reveal your personal data it can be collected ( sign up, in-app-purchases, contacting customer support, etc. ).

AppAce uses your personal data to understand customer needs, provide better user experience and set up statistics about the use of our products. The data is used and collected as mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, AppAce uses your personal data to detect errors or prevent fraudulent use.

Security:

We put emphasis on your Privacy. To protect your data we do everything we can to make sure that your data does not fall into the wrong hands. Your sensitive data is stored on safe databases. You should consider that it is also your responsibility to keep certain data safe, like passwords or any data that provides access to your personal information. And you should consider that there is a small likelihood to lose data under certain circumstances ( errors etc. ) , so your data will never be 100% safe. We store your personal data for a maximum duration of 13 months.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that AppAce restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to request AppAce to transfer the data that AppAce has collected to another organization, or directly to you under certain conditions.
